Noted by clients for his engaging facilitation style, Chris combines energy and discernment to facilitate manager and leadership development workshops, focus groups and any gathering where a group of people needs to get from point A to point B. He has partnered with clients having business needs varying from preparing managers to drive change or facilitating the changes to a continuous improvement culture — to partnering with Talent Managers on strategic planning and helping to execute those plans across the organization. With expertise in the areas of leadership development, organizational change and adult learning, this consultant designs and facilitates events to bring about lasting learning and continued change. He is certified in the Center for Creative Leadership’s 360o feedback tool (Benchmarks®) as well as Korn Ferry’s (PDI) Profilor®. He is a qualified interpreter of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ™ (MBTI), and facilitator of Wiley’s Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, Covey’s Speed of Trust™ and related leadership, teaming, and empowerment programs. Additionally, he develops custom programs based on client needs in the areas of one-on-one leadership coaching, team building, conflict management, empowerment, creating a shared vision and change management.
He worked many years in financial services and also has experience in industrial services as well as hospitality. He was the lone change consultant on a $23MM project and designed a one-day workshop that resulted in a unanimous team decision that had slowed the project team for over 3 weeks. He drove engagement scores up by 9 percentage points in 6 months by designing a multi-pronged approach to management development and employee resource awareness campaigns. He designed, developed and co-facilitated five annual Leadership Conferences and was a lead change agent on a business-wide “client first” initiative for over 5,000 employees across the globe.
