A strategy is only as good as the team executing it...
Executive teams can reach their highest potentials only if they communicate effectively amongst each other. To this end, they do not require “team building” per se. However, they need to be cohesive enough to be sharing information and listening effectively to their counterparts.
We create workshops for executive teams that enable them to further develop these skills in the context of an actual business meeting.
